• Compact Receiver
  The 2025 model features a redesigned enclosure, reducing bulk while maintaining full functionality.
• Graphic LCD Interface
  A clearer, easier-to-read screen with icon-based feedback replaces the older text-only display. Navigate device status, signal strength, battery health and foaling alerts at a glance.
• Improved Usability
  A simplified menu structure and intuitive four-button layout streamline setup and alarm management. The interface is designed support fast decision-making under pressure.

Still 100% Backwards Compatible

Works seamlessly with existing Magic Breed Plus transmitters and receivers but it still incompatible with pre-2015 legacy Magic Breed components.

Core Features

• Multi-Mare Monitoring
  Pair up to eight transmitters per receiver. Each transmitter operates independently and communicates wirelessly via 917 MHz spread-spectrum radio for long-range, low-interference performance.
• Configurable Alarms
  Set per-mare alarm delay and silence period. Easily mute or override false alarms without compromising safety.
• Power Flexibility
  Operates via USB-C (standard wall plug or 12 V to USB adapter). Supports auxiliary outputs for high-volume alarms or integration with third party dialers.
• Rugged & Field-Ready
  Transmitters are IP54-rated and can last a full season on a single pair of AAA batteries. Pouches are made from weatherproof canvas and designed to secure the transmitter firmly in place.

How it Works

• In the weeks before the foal is due, the mare’s halter is fitted with the Magic Breed Plus transmitter.
• When the mare lays on its side in a foaling position the transmitter wirelessly sends an alert to the receiver.
• The Magic Breed Plus receiver begins beeping and will indicate which mare is foaling.
